Job Title: Office & Maintenance Assistant (Storage Facility & Construction Support)

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us

We are a growing storage facility and residential construction company seeking a reliable and flexible team member to join our staff. This unique position combines office responsibilities with light handyman and maintenance duties. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with computers and can also lend a hand with repairs, upkeep, and jobsite support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide office support for the storage facility, including customer service, computer work, and record keeping.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform light maintenance and small repairs at the storage facility.
• Assist the residential construction team with handyman tasks as needed.
• Perform lawn care, including grass cutting and upkeep for all company-owned properties.
• Drive company-provided vehicle to job sites and retail stores for materials or errands.
• Adapt to changing job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• General handyman/maintenance experience .
• Ability to operate basic lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Must be flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Compensation

• $9.00 Per hour with small commissions available.
