In-Office Construction Administrator

Northway Homes, a leading homebuilder in the Carolinas, is looking for someone smart, motivated, computer-efficient and extremely organized, with relevant construction or development experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own key subcontractor, vendor & inspection scheduling to support high-volume and fast-paced build timelines
  • Manage project statuses with Charlotte Water, Duke Energy, and other major utility providers through consistent follow-up and daily communication
  • Coordinate all permitting processes for new construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage vendor insurance compliance and subcontractor agreements
  • Execute purchase orders for new construction projects

Required work experience: 4+ years total, with some background in construction or development. Field or specific trade experience is a strong plus.
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 + bonus eligible

Key qualifications: Strong communication skills and confidence in working with a wide range of personalities. Must take initiative and be able to multitask. Spanish literacy encouraged

Must have: Advanced organizational skills; expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Suite; relevant construction or development experience
