Position Overview

The Office Assistant will help ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities by providing support to various departments, including administration and operations. You’ll be the go-to person for managing communication, maintaining records, and supporting the overall workflow of our production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, route messages, and greet visitors professionally
  • Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordination for multiple departments
  • Support office purchasing, inventory tracking, and supply management
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, including invoices and logs
  • Assist with employee timekeeping, vendor paperwork, and data entry
  • Prepare basic reports and help track office-related metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6 months of office or experience   but not required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Deadline driven and eager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
