채용제목 외국계 의료기기 반도체 기업 Senior Application Engineer (지원마감) 회사소개 외국계 의료장비 기업 업무내용/자격요건 담당직무Application is the understanding of the job-to-be done at the customer. This includes -Understand tools usage and application at customer side including data flow, process or metrology flow-Understand how tool process, algorithms work -Operate the tool like customer-In-depth knowledge's of tool on module base -Expert knowledge of the customers application and any limiting factor that may arise with current systems An Applications engineers operates the tool like the customer. As part of the application team of a specific product line (headed by product manager), Apps engineers have the following tasks: -Understand and define customer requirements (process, metrology flow) , support product manager in definition of requirements. -Understand and identify new applications and requirements and implement if possible w/o R&D (e.g. process development, data analysis) -Analyze issues from customer, support customer on application tasks .(1st und 2nd Level Support, 3rd Level R&D) , HW related issues are transferred to service department -Generation of Applications documents: operator, SW manual-Definition of product requirements, especially SW requirements-Product testing: test product like customer, test product against specification (software and hardware)-Execution and preparation of product trainings (application training, operator training) for customer and SMS staff: service training is done by service department. -Field application engineers are part of customer experience and provide first hand input to product management regarding product requirements, market trend-Support, execution, coordination or managing of cooperation projects with customers ( tool evaluation, beta sites, Joint development projects. ) Sales Support for Asia Pacific - Assist the local sales team by explaining applications and product to customers.-Explain and show features and benefits as well as differentiation against competitor- Assist the Product Manager to negotiate technical specifications with customer with support from R&D and Sales.-Help the sales organization identify new opportunities at existing customer sites, based on new applications requirements and current equipment limitations-Assist the sales and product management teams prepare for regular roadmap meetings and advanced technical updates at customer sites.-Assist the sales and product management team develop a strategy for local customers, that accounts for both short term and long term requirements and goals of customers.[자격요건]Fleunt English & Superior Communication Skill required[전형절차][제출서류]영문이력서자격요건Fleunt English & Superior Communication Skill required[전형절차][제출서류]영문이력서전형절차[제출서류]영문이력서제출서류영문이력서 기타사항 학력 : 학력무관, 나이:무관, 성별 : 무관, 외국어 : 무관 직급 : 과-차부장급 근무지 : 서울 마포
