Our organization, a physician-led multispecialty group with over 120 providers, is in search of an OBGYN Program Director located in Fresno, California.

The Program Director will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the integrated OB-GYN Program at our medical center, ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements. This role involves staying updated on clinical advancements in OBGYN and actively engaging in professional activities that enhance training, both in clinical and educational settings. The Program Director will provide leadership and guidance to OBGYN during their didactic and clinical training. This is a full-time role, comprising 0.5 FTE dedicated to program directorship and 0.5 FTE in clinical practice.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in graduate medical education within an ACGME-accredited teaching hospital and OBGYN program.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Program Director within the last five (5) years, or at least three (3) years as an Associate Program Director during the same timeframe.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with physicians, teaching faculty, hospital administration, and other staff members.
• A genuine enthusiasm for leadership development and mentoring .
• A valid and unrestricted medical license from the California State Medical Board, along with current OBGYN Board Certification.
