Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced Nuclear Waste Engineer to support a major decommissioning programme in Kent. This long-term contract offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within a regulated environment.



Key Responsibilities:



Provide a responsive and high-quality waste management service to support decommissioning and infrastructure activities.

Ensure compliant disposal of waste volumes in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.

Support the achievement of key waste targets and contribute to project execution strategies.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate waste management into broader project controls.



Ideal Candidate Profile:



Demonstrated experience in nuclear waste management or similar regulated sectors.

Strong understanding of waste classification, disposal routes, and compliance standards.

Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams and engage stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and reporting.
