We’re seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our patient-centered imaging team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced technology to deliver high-quality diagnostic care.
** This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000!!**
Responsibilities:
- Perform all Level I Nuclear Medicine Technologist duties, including dose calculations and recordkeeping.
- Conduct quality control checks on imaging and non-imaging equipment.
- Ensure proper patient identification and provide clear exam instructions.
- Execute nuclear medicine exams accurately and document them in the RIS system.
- Demonstrate core values of caring, listening, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
- Monitor quality control and apply current protocols to deliver advanced patient care.
- Work independently across shifts and locations, maintaining communication with leadership.
- Support education and training of staff and student technologists.
- Collaborate with Radiologists on protocol development and standardization efforts.
- Assist with QA, regulatory testing, and technical or research initiatives.
Schedule: This position will work rotating days, shifts, weekends, and holidays. The 8 (Greene Nuclear Medicine) or 10 (Washington CT) hour shifts:6a-4p, 7a-5p, 8a-6p, 9a-7p, 11a-9p, 2p-12a, 9p-7a, 6:30a-2:30p, 7a-3p, 7:30a-3:30p, 8a-4p.This position will rotate between Nuclear Medicine (Greene facility) and CT (Washington facility). May be pulled to other shifts/days based on hospital needs.
- Completion of formal training in an accredited Nuclear Med Tech program required.
- When rotating between two specialties, must hold registry in each specialty.
- Performance review consistent with minimum of Strong/ Solid performance on last performance review
- Must be willing and demonstrate flexibility to be assigned to any of the maintained registries by leadership.
- Must provide flexibility to work least one off-shift (evening, nights or weekend), every 90 days as requested by imaging leadership.

Certification in Nuclear Medicine and CT
Licensure, Certifications and Clearances:
- ARRT or NMTC RDMS Registered with a secondary RDMS registry required.

Must maintain 2 imaging registries/certifications and maintain competency in all as required by hiring Business Unit.
- ARRT Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required within 30 days of hire/transfer.
- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
