The role you’ll contribute:

Operates radiation detection imaging equipment

and administers radionuclides to patients.

Checks quality of radionuclides purchased.

Monitors contaminated articles to ensure that radioactivity is not spread to unaffected persons.

Keeps a record of tests conducted, test results, use and disposition of radionuclide and body products containing radionuclide.

Performs other related duties as required and deemed necessary per Radiology Director.

Follows the AIDET model(Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation and Thank)

Follows “Standard of Behavior” guidelines per hospital policy.
