Job Overview:

Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) serve as a valuable resource for supplementing the workforce and filling staffing needs, primarily within Sodexo Live!'s sports-related venues. The NPO Coordinator is responsible for attracting and partnering with local 501c3 Non-Profit Organizations to offer fundraising opportunities in exchange for providing workers to man Quick Serve food and beverage stations during games and events.

The NPO Coordinator will make themselves highly visible throughout the local community, as they are responsible for employing creative techniques to continually source and recruit new organizations to partner with. Prior to each season, the NPO Coordinator will build a roster of active Non-Profit Organizations. They will work to develop effective and sustainable relationships with group leaders so that these partnerships are retained throughout the season, mutually benefitting both the Company and the group.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment, induction and administration of Non-Profit Organization partners.

Assist with facilitating paperwork and associated processes for proper documentation of Non-Profit Organization partnerships.

Assist with the responsibilities for the administration and compliance of non-profit group contracts, scheduling, training, payment, and communication with NPO groups.

Support, leverage and expand the effectiveness and capabilities of unit-level workforce through focus on positive employee experiences, fostering teamwork, building strong team relationships and sharing information to build team awareness.

Participate in special projects related to the development and implementation of district, regional and organizational HR business strategies.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of previous work experience relating to Non-Profits and Operations.

1-2 years of previous work experience relating to human resource and administrative duties.

Previous work experience in a fast-paced, complex food and beverage service environment.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize and work successfully both independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.

Keen ability to connect easily with others and create positive positioning within a particular context or subject matter.

Technologically savvy, with high proficiency in all Microsoft Office and HRIS programs.

Demonstrated success in interfacing with a variety of organizational functions and divisions to accomplish tasks.
