Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Project Lead

Your Role:

• Lead new parts/modules from design to volume production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet QLTCS (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost, Sustainability) targets.
• Identify bottlenecks, solve production issues, and manage risks proactively.
• Drive supplier performance and negotiate solutions.
• Report progress and escalate key issues to leadership.

You Bring:

• 8+ years in NPI, industrialization, or high-tech product launch.
• Technical degree (Bachelor’s required, Master’s ).
• Proven program management skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Supplier engagement and production ramp experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
