Freelance Construction Site Manager (Nights) – Retail Fit-Out \n\nLocation: Manchester\nSchedule: Night Shifts 12 Hours\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Night Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a fast-paced retail fit-out project. You’ll be the key point of contact on site during night shifts, ensuring the works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.\n\n The Role\n\n * \n\n Lead and manage all site activities during night shifts\n\n * \n\n Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to programme\n\n * \n\n Enforce health & safety protocols and ensure compliance\n\n * \n\n Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and report to the project team\n\n * \n\n Carry out quality checks and ensure standards are maintained\n\n * \n\n Conduct end-of-shift briefings and handovers with the day team\n\n✅ Requirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out or refurbishment projects\n\n * \n\n SMSTS\n\n * \n\n Valid CSCS Card\n\n * \n\n First Aid at Work\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Able to work independently and make quick decisions on site\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
