City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dedicated Night Operations Manager to oversee our nighttime operations across various facilities. In this role, you will ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and meet our clients' expectations. You will lead a team of independent contractors, managing their performance and ensuring quality service. This position is critical for maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nightly operations, ensuring adherence to client specifications and company standards.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits to verify service delivery meets contractual agreements.
- Provide leadership and support to independent contractors, fostering a positive working environment.
- Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
- Document operational activities and provide reports to upper management regarding nightly operations and any incidents.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and protocols.

Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in management or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of two years of experience in operations management or supervisory role in a facility services environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with cleaning operations and standards .
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
