Night Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Operations Manager to oversee and lead overnight operations.



The rate of pay is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.



This is a full-time role working fixed night shifts and the hours of work are:

- 7pm to 7am



Your Time at Work



This is a critical leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage people and processes.



The Role:

- Manage and coordinate all night shift operations

- Supervise and support night staff

- Monitor workflows and resolve issues quickly

- Planning of rigid fleet, collections from customers

- Manage night trunking activity

- Pallet network knowledge

- Proven experience in a managerial role

- Strong leadership skills

- Ability to work under pressure and independently
