New: US Firm in London - Corporate Energy / Oil and Gas Associate (2+ PQE)

Job Description

We are working closely with this prestigious US firm in London on a new role for a mid-level Associate to join the Corporate team which is in a phase of growth across international offices.

The role will focus particularly on transactions within the energy and natural resources sector.

The Partners are looking to hire candidates with the following profile:

• Mid-level (c.2-5 PQE) Associate with experience in the London or overseas market, coming from a leading international firm.
• Extensive M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and project development matters relating to the energy and natural resources sector, especially relating to oil and gas clients.
