Medical Technologist (Generalist) – Night & Weekday Shifts Available
Join a collaborative laboratory team in a full-time Medical Technologist (Generalist) role. We’re seeking two skilled professionals to support high-quality patient care through accurate, timely lab testing and analysis.
Open Positions:
-
Weekday Position: 40 hours/week (Mon–Thurs, 10-hour shifts)
-
Weekend Nights Position: 36 hours/week (Sat–Mon, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform clinical laboratory testing to support diagnosis and treatment
-
Follow quality assurance standards and document corrective actions
-
Maintain inventory, prepare reagents, and troubleshoot test systems
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (CAP, TJC, OSHA)
-
Participate in ongoing training and competency assessments
Qualifications:
-
Required: Associate’s degree and MLT (ASCP) or AMT certification (or eligibility)

: Bachelor’s in Medical Technology or related field
-
Must live within 45 minutes of the facility or be relocating permanently

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
