Summary of Role:
SunPower New Homes is seeking a Manager of Installation Partner Process and Inventory, who will manage the installation partner (IP) program across all markets. The Manager, IP process, and inventory will focus on IP performance management, service level agreements, and key metrics. This role is responsible for supporting inventory counts and material transactions, interdepartmental process development, defining software enhancements to increase both automation and data accuracy, and maintaining real-time information to support the health of an IP's business. Responsibilities will also encompass new IP onboarding, installation capacity planning, and supply chain optimization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with New Home Operations to maintain the Installation Partner base and improve performance.
Identify and implement internal processes or software enhancements that enable SunPower and IPs to work more effectively together.
Identify and develop Installation Partners’ capabilities and capacities related to inventory management.
Maintain CRM database and mobile device-based application(s) for partner account access, required information, and reporting.
Weekly reporting of business activity and metrics.
Discover and optimize cost reduction opportunities by challenging current process structures, cost models, etc.
Assist in organizational cost reduction efforts and overall process improvements and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related experience.
Proven ability to successfully monitor and assess subcontracted functions related to AR/AP, inventory accuracy, or data analysis.
Experience working in an office environment to facilitate construction and warehousing-related operations.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook).
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in CRM like Salesforce to manage a high volume of projects.
Advanced knowledge of solar energy equipment and balance of systems.
Construction or solar-related experience.
Experience with mobile-based applications for gathering information from the field or warehouse.
Up to 25% of travel.
Pay Range: $82,280 - $123,420
