Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 an hour, depending on experience

As part of our continued expansion, we're looking for a New Construction HVAC Team Lead to take ownership of projects in our growing residential new construction division. This is an ideal role for a skilled HVAC installer or foreman ready to step into a leadership position with a company that values quality, teamwork, and career advancement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee field crews on residential new construction HVAC installations
• Conduct site walk-throughs and verify installation accuracy and quality
• Coordinate with supervisors and project managers to maintain timelines and goals
• Mentor and train apprentices and installers, ensuring consistent workmanship
• Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and communication with team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep projects on track and aligned with company standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years of HVAC new construction experience required
• RMGA and EPA certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of team leadership or crew lead experience
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable balancing hands-on fieldwork with leadership responsibilities
