Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 an hour, depending on experience
As part of our continued company growth, we're introducing a Field Supervisor role to help manage our expanding new construction projects. This position is perfect for an experienced HVAC professional who wants to step into a leadership role while maintaining strong ties to fieldwork.
What You'll Do
- Conduct pre-site visits and oversee ongoing projects
- Ensure project timelines are met and installations meet company standards
- Assist management with administrative tasks and field coordination
- Perform quality inspections to ensure top-tier craftsmanship
- Help manage inventory and support teams in meeting project deadlines
- Provide input on team performance reviews and training needs
What You Bring
- 2+ years of new construction HVAC experience required
- RMGA and EPA Certification required
- 2+ years of team management experience required
- 1-2 years of project management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to balance fieldwork with supervisory responsibilities
