Account Executive – Northern Virginia/Maryland/Washington DC Territory
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Base Salary + Commission + Car Allowance

Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for healthcare and a drive to win? We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join a leading clinical diagnostics organization and represent cutting-edge laboratory solutions throughout Northern VA/MD/Washington DC.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead to closing and account retention.

  • Promote a portfolio of superior diagnostic services to medical providers, health systems, specialty clinics, and more.

  • Conduct regular client business reviews, providing education on service offerings and clinical value.

  • Collaborate with marketing and internal sales teams to execute territory growth plans.

  • Leverage CRM tools for accurate reporting, pipeline tracking, and territory management.

  • Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and new opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field ().

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a highly competitive market.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • CRM proficiency and experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Industry knowledge and prior experience working with:

    • Medical practices

    • Health systems

    • Community health clinics

    • Specialty provider groups (e.g., oncology, endocrinology, women’s health)

Bonus Points For

  • 2–5 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical field.

  • Experience calling on specialties such as Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Functional Medicine, Oncology, Pathology, or Surgical Centers.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (DOE)

  • Commission Plan with total target compensation of $145,000 in year one
