Job Description

Hiring - Network Systems Engineer (Projects) – (MSP)

Franklin Fitch is partnering with a Managed Service Provider in DFW to hire an experienced Network Systems Engineer (Projects) to deliver infrastructure projects across diverse client environments.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning projects end-to-end and working across networking, servers, cloud, and Microsoft technologies in a fast-paced MSP setting.

• Dallas–Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid | Full-Time Direct Hire
• $120 - $140 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver infrastructure projects independently or as a technical lead
• Execute network refreshes, server upgrades, cloud migrations, and M365 projects
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and service teams
• Provide escalation support and mentor junior engineers
• Maintain project documentation and time tracking
• Participate in an on-call escalation rotation (approx. 1 week/month)

Must Have:

• 5+ years of infrastructure-focused IT experience
• 3+ years delivering projects in a lead or autonomous capacity
• Experience across networking, Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud
• Must have experience working with multi client environment or MSP setting.
