Overall Objective of the RoleThe role is focused on 5G Network Performance Optimization within the mobile performance services domain. Responsibilities5G Network Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of the 5G network at the cluster level to ensure optimal functioning and deliver an exceptional user experience. Utilize Performance Tools: Work with a variety of standard tools to gather data, analyze network performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve network performance issues by closely analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to maintain network performance standards.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, network operators, and other stakeholders to address performance-related concerns and contribute to the ongoing improvement of network performance.Customer Compliance: Independently address performance-related issues raised by end users or operators, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance issues affecting the worst-performing cells of the network, restoring normal operations.Operation Performance tickets: Analyze and resolve performance tickets raised by the first-level personnel in operations.Network Consistency Checks: Conduct regular checks to ensure network parameters align with established baselines, correcting any issues found using Nokia tools. RequirementsMust Have: Multilayer Network. Optimization (5G, 4G and 2G).Advanced telecom knowledge: 2G, 4G & 5G RAN architecture, service types and features.Multilayer Network Performance analysis.Report Creation skills.Nokia product knowledge.Tools knowledge: NetAct (PM+, CM), Candi, ITSM, Megaplexer, Geosynthesis.Office tools (outlook, word, excel skills).Ticketing tools experience.Preferred MsC diploma in technical domain.English skills at upper intermediate level.Competence transfer skills.Ability to learn and follow processes.Analytical skills.Communication skills.Working in customer interface.Teamwork attitude in global, multicultural environment.
