Important: Non-Local candidates must commit to relocation from Day 1.

Work arrangement: Hybrid
Travel within NJ: Candidate will travel 50% of the time throughout the State of NJ. Candidate must have own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The NOC requires a tool development resource to maintain, update and create tools, alerting mechanisms, dashboards and reports in support of the NOCs mission.
The Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed 7x24 and is tasked with Monitoring, Awareness and Notifications of all Technical infrastructure(Network\WiFi\Compute\Application-Services) availability, events, and anomalies. Consequently, the NOC requires a tool development resource to maintain, update and create tools, alerting mechanisms, dashboards, and reports in support of the NOCs mission.
System administration as it relates to Tool development, configuration, customization, and training for SolarWinds (UCTeam). Primary areas of expertise included:
Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: Required. 5 + yrs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. Highly Desired.
- Certifications:
- MUST have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Required. 5 + yrs.
- Monitoring and Observability platforms, including implementation, customization, and operational support. Required. 5 + yrs
- SolarWinds Monitoring Solutions. Required. 5 + yrs
- Advanced monitoring and correlation platforms. Required. 5 + yrs.
- Core components, platform architecture, alerting, reporting, and performance optimization. Required. 5 + yrs.
- Report and scheduling within SolarWinds. Required. 5 + yrs.
- Resolve complex technical issues across infrastructure, applications, and network monitoring domains. Required. 5 + yrs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
