Compensation Range: $88 – $99/hr

Job Description:
Hands-on architect role responsible for designing complex enterprise wired and wireless networks across multiple locations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead design of wired and wireless network infrastructure (Layer 3 routing, BGP, EIGRP)
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams and documentation
• Collaborate with engineers to implement network solutions
• Interface with business and technical stakeholders
• Use tools like Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco Client, Ekahau, NetFlow, and diagramming tools (Visio/LucidChart)
• Occasionally, travel to other locations as needed

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 10 years in enterprise network design
  • Proven experience leading full-cycle network architecture projects
  • Deep technical knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, and wireless network design
  • Experience using Cisco tools (Catalyst Center, Client), Ekahau, NetFlow, etc.
  • Strong documentation and visualization skills
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable in high-pressure environments (e.g., live events, finance, military, etc.)

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in complex, multi-geo environments
  • Exposure to disaster recovery or tactical network deployments
  • Familiarity with Libra NMS
