Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Network Architects to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.

Position Summary: EES is seeking Network Architects at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles are responsible for designing modern IP-based network architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and technical consistency, and providing oversight of subcontractor activities to prevent design and integration issues.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman:
  • Education: BS/BA
  • Experience: 5–7 years
• Senior:
  • Education: BS/BA
  • Experience: 8–11 years
• SME:
  • Education: BS/BA
  • Experience: 12+ years

• Expertise in IP-based network architecture design
• Experience with network scalability, security, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with FAA network standards and operational environments
• Ability to oversee and validate subcontractor network implementations
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network segmentation
• Proficiency in network documentation and compliance practices
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design scalable and secure network architectures for FAA systems
• Ensure technical consistency across modernization efforts
• Provide oversight and guidance to subcontractor network activities
• Collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to align network design with FAA goals
• Document network configurations and integration plans
• Support troubleshooting and optimization of network performance
