NDT Technician\nHigh-Performance Motorsport\n\nAre you ready to be part of a high-performance team operating at the cutting edge of motorsport engineering? We are seeking a skilled NDT Technician to join our world-class motorsport operation, playing a vital role in ensuring the integrity and performance of components used at the highest level of racing.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Deliver high-quality NDT inspections (Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, MPI, Dye Penetrant, Visual) across critical car components.\n\n * Maintain compliance with EN4179/PCN Level 2 standards or higher.\n\n * Clearly and confidently communicate inspection findings to engineering teams.\n\n * Work autonomously and professionally under time-critical conditions.\n\n * Support the team at trackside events, testing sessions, and other operational locations as required.\n\n * Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision in every task.\n\n * Contribute positively to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n\n * Minimum Level 2 NDT Qualification (EN4179/PCN) in key techniques.\n\n * Strong expertise in Ultrasonic A-Scan (Phased Array advantageous), Eddy Current, MPI, Dye Penetrant, and Visual Inspection.\n\n * Knowledge of X-Ray and CT Scan techniques is beneficial.\n\n * Ability to remain calm, precise, and effective under pressure, with minimal supervision.\n\n * Excellent communicator with a proactive and positive mindset.\n\n * Self-motivated, with the ability to inspire and support colleagues in a fast-paced, challenging environment
