Hours: 39 per week (Day & Night Shifts)



Location: Ayrshire

The Role



As an NDT Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out inspections using approved NDE techniques to ensure materials meet defined standards. You’ll play a key role in supporting the production process, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage.



Responsibilities



Conduct NDE inspections using approved techniques and methods



Ensure all material is inspected and released with zero NCRs



Support training and development of trainees when required



Manage NDE consumables and calibrated equipment



Liaise with third-party witnesses as necessary



Perform both in-house and on-site NDT inspections



What We’re Looking For



PCN Level 2 qualified 



Must have experience in Dye pen & MPI



Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills



Good communication and report-writing abilities



Ability to interpret engineering drawings and NDT specifications



Flexible, adaptable, and able to work to tight deadlines
