Location: Middlesbrough,

Salary: £18.89 - £21.15 per hour (Standard Dayshift)

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time

Are you an experienced NDT Technician looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and growing engineering environment? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our clients team, specialising in the inspection of high-integrity fabrication welds and machined components for a thriving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform NDT on in-process and finished components to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

* Produce detailed technical NDT reports.

* Assist in QC activities such as Pressure Testing, Hardness Testing, Heat Treatment, PMI, and Thickness Checks.

* Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.

* Support knowledge sharing and training of others.

Requirements:

* PCN Level 2 in:

* DPI

* MPI

* UT (3.1 / 3.2)

* Strong understanding of Ferromagnetic & Non-Ferromagnetic Alloy materials.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Experience in an engineering production environment.

* Knowledge of welding processes and standards (ASME / API) is advantageous but not essential.

Working Hours:

They offer a variety of shift patterns including:

Standard Dayshift:

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:00pm

Friday: 7:30am-1:30pm

Rotating Shifts:

Dayshift: Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-2:30pm, Friday: 6:00am-12:00pm

Nightshift: Monday-Thursday: 6:00pm-3:30am

(Permanent nightshift may also be available)
