NDT Inspector\nMonday – Thursday\n06:00 – 15:45\n£16.89 per hour\nCoventry\n\nThe Role:\nResponsible for planning, conducting, and documenting quality control inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) tasks. Ensure all NDT activities comply with applicable international and standards, internal procedures, and customer specifications\n\nWhat will you be doing?\n\n * Performing NDT testing and inspections using both Magnetic Particle and Fluorescent Penetrant methods, analysing results, and preparing detailed reports.\n\n * Detecting defects and interpreting test outcomes.\n\n * Creation of NDT Technique cards\n\n * Compiling test reports and presenting key findings.\n\n * Participating in Nadcap and customer audits.\n\n * Conducting control checks and documenting the results.\n\n * Coordinating the calibration of NDT equipment.\n\n * Ensuring compliance with Nadcap prime specifications.\n\n * Implementing Lean principles in alignment with the company standards and maintaining adherence to all applicable quality requirements.\n\nWhat will you bring to the party?\n\n * Demonstrated expertise in a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) environment, with the ability to provide documented proof of past experience.\n\n * Valid NDT certification (EN4179) is essential.\n\n * At least three years of progressive experience as an NDT technician.\n\n * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on continuous process improvement.\n\n * Proficiency in applying NDT techniques for magnetic particle and fluorescent penetrant inspections.\n\n * 3 years Aerospace Inspection experience\n\n * Must have Level 2 qualification in MPI & FPI\n\nWhat Happens Next?\nOn applying for this job, you consent to SJR Partners holding your details on file to be able to contact you about your job search, for full details of our GDPR policy, please refer to our website.
