Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nail Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Nail Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining nail production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate nail-making machines according to production specifications
  
  
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality
  
  
• Conduct regular maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment
  
  
• Inspect nails for defects and ensure proper size, shape, and finish
  
  
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or downtime
  
  
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
  
  Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed
