Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity within a busy manufacturing environment?
\n
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join an established manufacturing business based in Corby. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and helping to minimise downtime across the site.
The Role\n
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- \n
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
- \n
Responding to breakdowns and minimising production downtime
- \n
Working on a range of manufacturing and production machinery
- \n
Supporting continuous improvement and equipment reliability
- \n
Completing maintenance records and reporting faults
- \n
Working closely with the production team
- \n
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures

The Shift Pattern\n
The role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern:
\n
Mornings → Afternoons → Mornings → Afternoons → Nights
The Candidate\n
We're looking for a multi-skilled engineer who has:
\n
- \n
- \n
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- \n
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
- \n
Experience fault-finding on industrial machinery
- \n
A recognised engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / HNC
- \n
A proactive approach to maintenance and breakdown response
- \n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
