Job Title: Multiskilled Electrical EngineerLocation: Victoria, London, SW1WPackage: £48,000 + OvertimeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (NO OUT OF HOURS)About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a small yet dynamic team within a well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical, mechanical, and general building services.Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures etc.Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the buildingMonitor BMSDiagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements:Level 3 in Electrical Installations City & Guilds / NVQ / EAL / Higher EducationProven experience in a similar building maintenance role.Knowledge of commercial building systemsAbility to work independently and manage your workload effectively.If you feel you will be a great match to this position, please call James at The Invictus Group on 07375533362.TPBN1_UKTJ
