Keep complex manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. As a Multicraft Industrial Maintenance Technician with Express Employment Professionals, you’ll be the go-to expert for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fabrication work across a busy plant environment. This is a full-time, hourly role for a self-reliant problem solver who puts safety and quality first.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday–Thursday; overtime as needed on Fridays
• Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience (BOE)
• Employment Type: Full-time, hourly

A Day in the Life

You start your morning reviewing preventive maintenance tasks and scanning CMMS tickets. By mid-morning, you’re diagnosing a CNC fault, tracing an electrical issue through schematics, and swapping a worn bearing. After lunch, you’re fabricating a small bracket, adjusting a hydraulic circuit, and performing a safety inspection before relocating a piece of equipment. You wrap the day by documenting work performed and coordinating parts for tomorrow’s PMs.

Core Impact

• Maintain and repair plant equipment and facility systems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and hydraulic systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Fabricate and repair parts; replace belts, bearings, gears, and shafts.
• Handle minor electrical installs and repairs; support automotive mechanical service.
• Perform facility repairs/alterations and assist with equipment installs/relocations.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor or lead.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical background (including 120/208/240/480 VAC systems).
• Proficiency reading manuals, blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings.
• Clear communication skills in English—written and verbal.
• Sharp analytical and troubleshooting ability; highly independent work style.
• Multicraft capability across mechanical and electrical disciplines (highly desired).
