Multi-Trade Service Technician (Plumbing & Electrical Focus)

Location: Multi-City
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + performance incentives

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Service Technician with expertise in electrical and plumbing work. Experience in HVAC is a strong plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing residential and/or light commercial repairs, installations, and maintenance services. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, excellent troubleshooting skills, and be customer-service-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and diagnostics

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters, etc.)

• Replace water heaters and garbage disposals

• Provide routine maintenance and emergency repairs

• Maintain accurate records of work performed

• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner

• Follow all safety and code compliance regulations

• Use your reliable vehicle for service calls during the first 120 days

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing trades (minimum 2 years )

• HVAC experience or certification is a plus

• Must own and operate a reliable, presentable vehicle for the first 120 days (mileage reimbursement available)

• Must be able to replace water heaters and garbage disposals

• Must pass the following checks:

  • Drug screening

  • Criminal background check

  • and local background checks

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must lift to 50 lbs and work in various environments (crawl spaces, attics, outdoors, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Relevant trade certifications or licenses

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
