Pay Rate: £26.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to work within the Facilities & Environmental Services division, carrying out plumbing-related work on local council social housing stock.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in plumbing and additional multi-trade skills, who is comfortable working in both occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on social housing properties

\n

• Working on both reactive and planned works

\n

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set timescales

\n

• Delivering excellent customer service to tenants and

\n

• Adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures

\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• Proven experience working in social housing repairs (SH experience required)

\n

• Strong plumbing skills with the ability to complete work independently

\n

• Additional multi-trade skills are advantageous

\n

• Good communication and time-management skills

\n

Essential Qualifications:

\n
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

\n

• Full UK Driving Licence (to operate company van)

\n
