️ Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Double Days Shift
Location: Ripley
Salary: Up to £50,000
About the Role:\n
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Ripley. This is a double days shift role, covering both electrical and mechanical maintenance, supporting breakdowns, reactive and planned work across a wide range of production equipment.

You'll be joining a small but skilled team where your expertise will be valued and put to good use in a varied and fast-paced environment.
\nKey Responsibilities:\n

Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively
- \n
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- \n
Work on a range of machinery including:
\n
- \n
- \n
Extruders, cutters, finishers, conveyors, belts, bearings, lathes, printers
\n
- \n
- \n
Electrical fault finding on:
\n
- \n
- \n
PLCs (I/O level only), inverters, drives, relays, sensors
\n
- \n
- \n
Mechanical maintenance on:
\n
- \n
- \n
Hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, belting systems
\n
- \n
- \n
Assist in improving reliability and minimising downtime
- \n
Welding/fabrication experience is advantageous but not essential
\n
\n

\n
\n
\n
\nWhat We're Looking For:\n
- \n
- \n
Previous experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in a production or manufacturing environment
- \n
Confident with both mechanical and electrical fault finding
- \n
Good working knowledge of automated machinery and production lines
\n
\n
\n

Monthly production bonus - averaging £150/month
