About the Role\n
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our production operations, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial as you:

- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose faults and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Your Responsibilities\n
In this role, you will:

- Deliver planned and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Respond to breakdowns by diagnosing faults quickly and implementing effective solutions.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reliability and performance.
- Provide engineering expertise across production areas, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
- Assist with engineering projects including equipment upgrades and maintenance planning.

What We’re Looking For\n
If you can bring the following, we’d love to hear from you:

- A recognized engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)
- Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience with proven fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of industrial systems and equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to continuous improvement
