Salary: £44,000 + OT @ 1.5x + 33% Night Shift Allowance
Shifts: 3-Shift Rotation (6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6)
Holidays: 25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays
Call-Out: 1 in 4 weekends (paid £51 per call-out)

\nThe Role\n
We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (60/40 or 70/30) to join a busy manufacturing environment. You will be expected to hit the ground running, supporting production by maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a wide range of machinery and systems.

You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and join an established maintenance team with a stable structure. Please note this is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying technical and operational.

Maintenance and repair of heater systems
- \n
Work on machine safety systems
- \n
Fault-finding on single and 3-phase motors
- \n
Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- \n
Reactive and planned maintenance across Plastic injection moulding manufacturing machinery

Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
- \n
Occasional weekend call-out (1 in 5)

\nExperience & Qualifications\n
- \n
- \n
Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing
- \n
Injection moulding experience highly advantageous
- \n
Ideally NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
- \n
Strong mechanical background with multi-skilled capability
- \n
Ability to work independently and efficiently
