Multi-skilled Engineer - Euston Square - 48k + Package\n\nWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Multi-skilled Engineer to join a dynamic team based in a prestigious corporate office environment in Euston Square. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a client-facing role, providing both planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of all building services plant and systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Perform planned and reactive maintenance on all building services systems (mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning).\n\n * Deal directly with clients on a daily basis, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\n * Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs as needed.\n\n * Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.\n\n * Provide technical support and advice to clients as required.\n\n * Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\n\n * Qualified to Level 3 in one of the following trades: Mechanical, Electrical, or Air Conditioning.\n\n * Previous experience working in a client-facing environment.\n\n * Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in building services maintenance.\n\n * Ability to handle both planned and reactive maintenance tasks effectively.\n\n * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.\n\n * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Competitive salary of £48,000 per annum.\n\n * Comprehensive benefits package.\n\n * Stable and supportive work environment.\n\n * Opportunities for career growth and development.\n\nIf you're a dedicated and skilled engineer with the ability to work effectively in a corporate office environment, we want to hear from you
