Salary: £55,780 + Overtime

We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and support production across processing and packaging operations.

Maintain and repair production and packaging machinery
\n
- \n
Work on equipment including:
\n
- \n
- \n
Mixing vessels and blenders
\n
- \n
Pumps, fillers, cappers, and conveyors
\n
- \n
Pasteurisers, cookers, and heat exchangers
\n
- \n
Packaging and labelling machinery
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
- \n
- \n
Electrical fault-finding on single and three-phase systems
\n
- \n
PLC fault-finding (Siemens / Allen Bradley )
\n
- \n
Maintain motors, inverters, sensors, and control panels
\n
- \n
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
\n
- \n
Work in line with BRCGS, HACCP, and GMP standards
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n\n Skills & Experience Required\n
- \n
- \n
Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent)
\n
- \n
PLC fault-finding experience
\n
- \n
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
\n
- \n
Background in Food/FMCG manufacturing highly desirable
\n
- \n
Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n\n Shift Pattern\n

Continental shift:

Days: 06:00 - 18:00, Mon-Thurs (4 on / 3 off)

Nights: 18:00 - 06:00, Mon-Thurs (4 on / 3 off)

Moving to 4 on / 4 off later in the year
