Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)\n\nLocation: Coventry\nShifts: Continental shift pattern (12-hour shifts – days & nights)\nSalary: £54,000 + Shift allowance + Quarterly Incentive\nContract: Permanent\n\nRegional Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Shift Technician / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large, fast-paced manufacturing site in Coventry.\n\nThis role would suit an electrically biased maintenance engineer who enjoys working in a highly automated environment and takes pride in plant reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.\n\nThe Role\n\nCarry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment\n\nDiagnose faults and support root cause analysis to improve plant reliability\n\nSupport autonomous maintenance teams through coaching and technical guidance\n\nEnsure all work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards\n\nContribute to continuous improvement, 5S, and reliability initiatives\n\nRequirements\n\nNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering or time-served apprenticeship\n\nElectrical or electro-mechanical background\n\nExperience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment \n\nStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work continental shifts, including nights and weekends\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary with shift allowance\n\nBonus and overtime opportunities\n\nExcellent pension and benefits package\n\nOngoing training, development, and long-term career progression\n\nModern, highly automated manufacturing environment\n\nNext Steps\n\nApply to this Job Title role through this advert.
