Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Day Shift)

Bracknell £32,000 – £35,000 per annum Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm No Call-Out

A growing manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their site-based engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer seeking a stable, days-based role with a strong work-life balance.

Working a consistent Monday to Friday day shift, you’ll play a key role in supporting both new equipment installations and ongoing maintenance across a busy production environment.

The Role

• Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Carry out fault finding, maintenance, and repairs on a range of production equipment
• Deliver and support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Help reduce downtime and improve overall site reliability
• Contribute to continuous improvements and increased production efficiency

You’ll be working in a varied environment with equipment including mixing, filling, and packaging machinery.

About You

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Maintenance
• Multi-skilled experience (electrical and mechanical)
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Experience with mixing or filling equipment
• Basic PLC/HMI knowledge

Desirable: Electrical qualifications, FLT licence
