Job DescriptionMulti Skilled Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Office Building – Watford / Cambridge – up to £42,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based three days a week in Watford and two days in Cambridge. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work
- Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 16:30 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- \n
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water flushing / temp checks logs
- Boosted water pumps
- Fire damper maintenance
- Attending Client meeting
- General PPMs
- Control of sub-contractors
- Permit to work system
- Maintaining Site logbooks

Requirements
- \n
- Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
- City & Guilds - 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
