Salary: Up to £42,500 + Overtime

Hours: 39 per week (Rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)

Extras: Overtime available | Weekend work on rotation | Genuine progression opportunities

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be central to ensuring production runs smoothly — balancing reactive and planned maintenance, driving continuous improvement, and making a genuine impact.

What We’re Looking For



To be successful, you’ll need:



*



A recognised apprenticeship or NVQ/BTEC Level 3 in Engineering (minimum).



*



Multi-skilled capability – ideally electrically biased, but mechanically confident too.



*



Experience in high-speed, continuous industrial environments.



*



Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.



*



Knowledge of PPM systems and industrial electrical/mechanical equipment.



Additional exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, pressure vessels, or dust extraction would be advantageous.
