Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Are you a qualified maintenance engineer with both electrical and air conditioning experience?\n\nWe are working with a leading facilities management provider, delivering maintenance and compliance services across a wide portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Yorkshire region. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their mobile engineering team.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a range of client sites (retail, office, healthcare, and education).\n\n * \n\n Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and air conditioning systems (including split systems, VRV/VRF).\n\n * \n\n Conduct minor installation works, including new lighting, small power, and HVAC components.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in line with H&S regulations.\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate records of completed work using a mobile PDA system.\n\n * \n\n Liaise professionally with clients and represent the company positively.\n\n Requirements:\n\n * \n\n City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).\n\n * \n\n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.\n\n * \n\n FGAS Category 1 or City & Guilds 2079 qualification.\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in a facilities or building services environment.\n\n * \n\n Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.\n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence.\n\n Benefits:\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary £40,000 – £45,000, depending on experience.\n\n * \n\n Company van + fuel card for work use.\n\n * \n\n Overtime available at enhanced rates.\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday + bank holidays.\n\n * \n\n Company pension scheme.\n\n * \n\n Ongoing training and career development opportunities.\n\nGet in touch with Astrid Camacho at Branta Recruitment for more information
