Experienced Qualified Electrician who can do handyman work also at times\nThe role is to -\nCarry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing\nRequirements for Job:\n·Full UK driving license – not EU licence\n·Own tools\n·Fully qualified and able to provide copies of certificate\n·Experience of working in social housing\n·ECS card - ideally\nCompany Benefits:\n·Company Van\n·28 day paid holiday (to include bank holidays)\nHours of work are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required.\nDesirable:\nIOSH Managing Safely\nInspection and Testing Qualification (2391/2394/2395)
