Position: Multi-Skilled Fire & Security EngineerJob ID: 955849Location: Leicester, Coventry & SolihullRate/Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOEBenefits: Company vehicle, call-out allowance, overtime opportunities, pension scheme, ongoing training and long-term career progressionType: PermanentHSB Technical Ltd is a specialist recruiter within the Fire & Security, Power & Propulsion & Shipbuilding Sectors We have a number of permanent and contract vacancies for multiple businesses across the UK and overseas.The below job description will outline this position of: Multi-Skilled Fire & Security EngineerTypically, this person will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and commissioning of Fire & Security systems across commercial, public sector and residential client sites throughout the Midlands.HSB Technical's client is a long-established Fire & Security company with over 11,500 clients and extensive experience delivering security solutions across local authorities, universities, commercial premises, schools, police stations, fire stations, hotels, museums and residential properties.Duties and responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Fire & Security Engineer will be:Installation, servicing and maintenance of Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm systemsFault finding and reactive repairs across multiple system typesCommissioning and handover of Fire & Security systemsCarrying out planned preventative maintenance visitsCompleting service reports and associated documentationProviding a high level of customer service across all client sitesParticipating in the company's call-out rota when requiredQualifications and requirements for the Fire & Security Engineer:Previous experience within the Fire & Security industryStrong knowledge of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systemsFire Alarm experience would be advantageousAbility to fault find and work independentlyFull UK Driving LicenceGood communication and customer-facing skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailWorking Hours & Package:Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pmSalary £30,000 - £40,000 DOECompany vehicle providedCall-out allowance includedOvertime availableWeekend work is very rareLong-term stable permanent position with progression opportunitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
