Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.\n\nDue to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.\n\nWe are looking for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.\n\nAs the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.\n\nThe Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:\n\n * As an Electrical Engineer working in an airport environment, you will undertake a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:\n\n * Low Voltage (LV) Distribution: Maintenance and management of LV distribution systems essential for airport operations.\n\n * UPS & Batteries: Routine checks and servicing of Uninterruptible Power Supplies critical for operational continuity.\n\n * Lighting & Emergency Lighting: Maintenance of lighting systems, including emergency lighting for compliance and safety.\n\n * Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC): Maintaining HVAC systems to ensure operational efficiency.\n\n * Fire and Intruder Systems: Regular servicing and troubleshooting of fire alarms and security systems.\n\n * Water Hygiene: Ensuring water systems meet hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.\n\n * Lightning Protection: Maintaining and testing lightning protection systems.\n\n * Building Maintenance & Site Infrastructure: General upkeep of facilities.\n\nTo be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:\n\n * Proven experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management role, preferably within a complex operational environment.\n\n * Electrical Authorised Person (AP) experience is beneficial.\n\n * Relevant qualifications, such as Electrical Level 3 Award, City & Guilds (C&G) 2391, and 18th Edition certification.\n\n * Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices, including Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work.\n\n * Ability to perform manual tasks, such as working at heights, manual handling, and confined spaces.\n\n * Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota when required.\n\n * A full driving license is essential.\n\nIf you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
