BlackHorse LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Multi-Skill Construction Helper to support residential general construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn multiple trades and contribute to high-quality residential builds and renovations. The Construction Helper will work under the direction of skilled tradespeople and supervisors to assist with a wide range of construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, framers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
  
  
• Perform general construction labor, including demolition, site prep, cleanup, and material handling
  
  
• Support framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and finish work
  
  
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
  
  
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
  
  
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
  
  
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
  
  
• Take direction well and work collaboratively with the construction team
  
  
• Perform punch-list and detail work as assigned
  
  
• Represent BlackHorse LLC professionally with homeowners and team members
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of residential construction or strong willingness to learn
  
  
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, standing, bending)
  
  
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  
  

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in residential construction or remodeling
  
  
• Exposure to multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, etc.)
  
  
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
