MULTI-CRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS NEEDED
$29.45-$37.45/HR DOE
$.75/$1.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
2ND SHIFT: MON - FRI 3P-11P OVERTIME AND WEEKENDS AS NEEDED
3RD SHIFT: MON SAT 11P-7A OVERTIME AND WEEKENDS AS NEEDED

The opportunity:
This position performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities depending upon area of assignment.
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment on a scheduled basis; Inspects belts, gearboxes, chains, bearings, etc.
- Performs repairs on all related equipment with minimal supervision.
- Testing of analog devices, scaling and calibrations required regularly.
- Troubleshooting of low voltage circuits, analog devices, VFD's, and motor control circuitry to obtain a root cause of failures.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and devices to determine faults, and failures.
- Regular repair and maintenance required in non-production areas including the warehouse, design lab, building, and grounds.
- Uses CMMS system for work order implementation, recordkeeping of daily activities, and planned projects.
What you need to succeed:
- Ability to work safely, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and comply with all safety regulations
- Experience with PLC's processors, and ladder logic - primarily Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Omron.
- Familiar with NFPA 70E standards and be capable of applying these standards in the work situation.
- Boiler/Steam knowledge, and/or certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shifts; required to work daily overtime and weekends, as needed.
- Consistent and regular attendance is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school .
