About the Role
This position is needed to create a replacement system for statewide billing covering establishments holding food, lodging, pool, and tattoo permits, as the legacy software is reaching its end of life. The developer will recreate the functionality in the Power Platform, integrating SQL data mirrored from an AWS-hosted cloud database down to Dataverse.
Key Responsibilities
Build a pipeline to mirror AWS SQL cloud data down to Dataverse to maintain the active facilities census.
Implement automations linked to Dynamics records to generate invoices, email them to contacts, and track payments.
Integrate PayIt for online payments, processing automated reports back into Dynamics to close open invoices.
Configure the system to log, submit, and reconcile check payments to square records with NCFS.
Manage all invoicing communication through the case management system linked to contact, case, and invoice records.
Develop a robust reporting system to track invoicing metrics and program performance.
Create a reliable Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system utilizing Development, UAT, and PROD environments with synchronized GUIDs and components.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse (7 years of experience required).
Strong knowledge of SQL database structure (7 years of experience required).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Skills
Microsoft Certification - Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher.
